ViWine Ltd is one of the leading Russian companies, operates at the alcohol market since 1997.
We began in the year 1997 with a small company which is well-known as a Trade House «Fanagoria». Celebrating 9 years old in 2006 we begin acting with a new name of ViWine.
The goal of the new structure is to coordinate and consolidate the wine and spirits import and distribution in the territory of Russia.
Our strategy is based on the intention to be a direct Importer and distributor of the foreign countries’ wine, to consolidate mass segment wine from different countries under the unique umbrella brand, to form the portfolio of the premium class wines, to create a trading network of the wine’s boutiques in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
We have a team of over 50 professionals working to find, evaluate and import new wines that will help our customers allover Russia to build their businesses. Increasingly, we're developing our own brands, managing all aspects of production, packaging and marketing.
Company structure
ViWine Ltd integrates the following divisions:
Trade division was founded in 1997. It consists of:
- Regional sales department. The main activity: wholesale distribution of the alcohol products in the regions of Russia to more than 200 clients.
- Moscow Sales Department. The main activity: retail distribution and net trade in Moscow and it’s area to more than 500 clients. It also provides transportation services to its clients.
- St-Petersburg Sales Department. The main activity: retail distribution and net trade in St-Petersburg and it’s area to more than 250 clients. It also provides transportation services to its clients.
Import division was founded in 2006 under the name «Russkiy Vinniy Dom». The main activity is wine and spirits import from all over the world.
ViWine group is also the shareholder of the famous Wine plant «Fanagoria», situated in the southern part of Russian Federation (Krasnodarskiy Kray). Its specialization is wine growing and production. It was built in 1959 and reconstructed in 1996. More than 1 mln. dal of wine are being produced annually.

To ensure consistent quality and supply, we provide integrated control of production and logistic especially in the most far away countries like Agrentina and Chile with the help of our company representatives.
Own-brand and supplier labels have been the basis of our business since day one, and remain a crucial part of what we do today.
We are proud of our private labels which became extremely popular in Russian regions by providing well-planned distribution policy and attractive labels.
